About Dr. Tsang

Dr. Kenneth Tsang began practicing chiropractic in 2015. After completing his undergraduate degree at Pennsylvania State University in University Park PA, and his post graduate education at Northeast College of health sciences in Seneca Falls, NY. Dr. Tsang has practiced utilizing several different chiropractic techniques including diversified adjusting, extremity adjusting, Nimmo Receptor-Tonus trigger point technique, flexion distraction, pelvic blocking, both cervical and lumbar decompression, Class IV laser therapy, Shockwave therapy, drop table, RockTape (kinesiology), Instrument assisted low force techniques, and physiotherapy. He completed parts 1-4 and Physiotherapy exams of the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners. Dr. Tsang is currently licensed in Pennsylvania for chiropractic and adjunctive procedures, as well as the state of Texas for chiropractic. He has been a Pittsburgh resident for most of his life and is a big fan of the Steelers, and the Penguins. Dr. Tsang also enjoys playing sports. He is especially looking forward to helping all our patients at Harmony Family Chiropractic and Laser Pain Center get the best care possible.
